Welcome to the second edition of The Party Position.
This time things have stepped up a notch - We are bringing down some of the most tasteful and creative music selectors and creators this side of the North West;
This line-up has been carefully curated to bring you a music experience like no other:
Duckett - Live (BoilerRoom/WisdomTeeth/RinseFM)
Ian Duckett who is born and bred in North Wales, is a veteran in the underground techno scene.
Once as equally comfortable in the heart of a NW Free party as is playing alongside some of the worlds most prestigous DJ's at festivals across europe, in addition to a long standing residency at Free-Rotation festival.
Duckett has an impressive history of releases, but after witnessing his Live set in Eastern Bloc records (Manchester); I knew this was an experience that would go down like heels on a cobbled floor.
Duckett's live sets can flow from Ambient electronica, world influence, to mind bending techno rhythms seamlessly - fortunately the adventure he is to take, is not up to me ;)

Black eyes (LostControl/NTS)
Aka Jezus. Dark horse, mysterious, loaded with 5th dimensional wigglers. Recently featured 4th in RedBulls top 10 DJ's in Manchester. Matt runs Manchester based night Lost control, has been pushing unique and forward thinking acts for 6 years.
We are bringing Black Eyes down from Manchester for a teaser of his old school music taste, with influences from the Hacienda; he will be bringing down his selections of Italo, Acid and house bangers.

Digital Position B2B Dj Taxi (DontDoItDownstairs/LimboRadio)
Rising master mixers Digital Position and DJ Taxi collaborate for b2b of weirdness.
Featuring appearances on Limbo and supporting Neville Watson (Clone) earlier last year - No set is ever the same, but they will always make you move.
Digital position brings back sounds from the 80/90's while DJ Taxi brings the garage.
