MANIC BROTHERS
Twin siblings Mats and Niclas Ljusberg
together known as Sweden’s Manic Brothers have seen their driving, house tinged techno productions released on labels like Drumcode, Soma, Sleaze wind up on the hard drives of DJs like Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Sven Väth, Moby, Joseph Capriati and Richie Hawtin. Not bad for a pair of music makers whose records first hit the shops in 2012.
Since becoming a part of the Drumcode crew, they have had the opportunity to play legendary festivals and venues such as Awakenings and Berghain, but also cities like Rome, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Detroit, London, Miami and Mexico City to name a few...
In the end of 2016 Manic Brothers released their biggest and most important track to date, released on Adam Beyer's label Drumcode. One of Moby's biggest and most timeless track called 'Go' which earned heavy support worldwide.
KRISTIAN HEIKKILA
Kristian Heikkila is a DJ/ARTIST hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Kristian has been busy on the production circuit since 2008 with acclaimed releases on UponYou, AFULab, Credo, AcidWorx, Gynoid Audio, Naked Lunch and others.
Kristian grew up listening to Hip-Hop, Techno and House. He was more known for his Hip-hop productions than for his contributions to dance music. After some years of producing for Hip-Hop artists Kristian returned to his first love: Techno.
He continues his musical journey with live sets and as a DJ with the influences from Hip-Hop, Acid House, D'n'b and Dub.
