日本を代表するダンスミュージックプロデューサーであり、WOMB にて開催されてる “FACT” や “BLACK ON IT” などの主要パーティーでレジデント DJ を務める、STUDIO APARTMENT の MASANORI MORITA。STUDIO APARTMENT として6年半ぶりとなる新曲 “Shoulder” のリリースを記念し、「N.E.O.N presents BLACK BOX -STUDIO APARTMENT “Shoulder” Release Party」を開催。
メインフロアは、ベルリンの主要レーベル “Get Physical” の主宰メンバーであり、世界的人気プロデューサー/ DJ である M.A.N.D.Y. をゲストに迎え、MASANORI MORITA 本人の出演はももちろんのこと、サポート DJ に赤い着物を着た女性達がエレクトリックミュージックと共に番傘や扇子を使ってパフォーマンスする、東京発のエンタテインメントパフォーマンス集団 DJ OCHAZUKE の出演も決定！
4Fの SUNNY LOUNGE は、M.A.N.D.Y. と同じくベルリンから Richie Hatwin 率いる “ENTER” のフィーメイル DJ、DJ HITO の出演が決定！ さらには WOMB でのパーティ “Bump_” などに出演しているカリスマモデル DJ SAYAKA ARAKI などが出演。
1F の WOMB LOUNGE は、SUNNY から 【春風】 にも出演し DOMMUNE レギュラー番組 “HIGH LIFE” のメイン MC を務める BLACKSHIP の DIEZONERADIO がオープニングアクト！ そして 4iVi crew も加わりフロアを盛り上げる。

STUDIO APARTMENT's MASANORI MORITA is one of Japan's most foremost dance music producers, and a resident at WOMB's "FACT" and "BLACK ON IT" flagship parties. The "N.E.O.N presents BLACK BOX -STUDIO APARTMENT “Shoulder” Release" party is in celebration of STUDIO APARTMENT's first release in six and half years, “Shoulder."
The main floor will feature not only a set by MASANORI MORITA himself, but also a guest set by M.A.N.D.Y, the world famous DJ/producers and label heads of top Berlin label, "Get Physical." Supporting DJs include Tokyo's first group of its kind, DJ OCHAZUKE, whose female team's performance will pair electronic music with red kimono and Japanese umbrellas and fans.
SUNNY LOUNGE will take over the 4th floor with DJ HITO, a female DJ representing Richie Hawtin's "ENTER", and other DJs including DJ SAYAKA ARAKI, the charismatic fashion model and the resident DJ at WOMB’s another popular party "Bump_".
DIEZONERADIO of “BLACKSHIP” from SUNNY, the main MC of DOMMUNE's regular program "HIGH LIFE” and he played at Harukaze recently, is appearing as the opening act at WOMB LOUNGE! 4iVi crew will also join, livening up the floor.
