On the 15th of June, Cristian Varela and Ian Axide’s revered label Black Codes Experiments will be making an eagerly anticipated return to London’s newest warehouse space: E1.
Fronting the bill are Perc and Ansome, who will be playing back-to-back in London for the very first time. Both esteemed heavyweights in the realm of non-commercial techno, the cold stone walls of E1’s sprawling warehouse offer the perfect backdrop for their unrelenting sound.
Varela’s long-term friend, Bas Mooy, will be performing alongside UVB. With a reputation for a hard-hitting, driving techno sound, we can’t wait to welcome them to our Warehouse.
Third up is a cloaked figure, a DJ shrouded in anonymity: Headless Horseman. His label, of the same name, features only self-made releases; while his ethos behind the music runs far deeper than merely mixing records for the fun of it. He will be performing a DJ set on this occasion
The frontman of the Black Codes Experiments imprint, Cristian Varela will be going back-to-back with Ian Axide. There is no doubt that to hear these two go toe-to-toe on E1’s bespoke Wall of Sound is a special treat indeed.
Finalising the lineup in The Warehouse are Charlton and Refracted. Both respected artists in their own right, the 15th of June will see both of them debut at the venue.
