In collaboration with NYC's finest brewer, iconic laneway venues Section 8 & Ferdydurke are taking over a special corner of Melbourne for another huge edition of the Brooklyn Block Party for Good Beer Week.
This year, we're paying homage to Brooklyn’s golden age, with icon Bobbito Garcia a.k.a. Kool Bob Love in tow.
DJ, radio host, streetball pioneer, sneaker enthusiast, author, filmmaker & original member of the Rock Steady Crew; Bobbito Garcia has left a footprint on multiple urban movements and influenced hundreds of artists in his wake.
Bobbito will be playing an exclusive DJ set at the event, joined by a very talented cast of local musicians, DJs & MCs soundtracking the block. Along with a dance showcase, a streetball competition and interactive art, there'll be a range of limited run The Brooklyn Brewery beers available for one night only.
