Magda & Mike Servito are bringing their High Kicks & Neck Snaps tour to Good Room in June. Since her first international tour in 2003, Magda established herself globally as an artist known for pushing musical boundaries and expressing her unique style. But MAGDA’s realm as an artist spans far beyond the typical role of DJ and producer. Over the years the Polish-born, Detorit-raised artist co-founded a label and booking agency, Items & Things, launched the Perm event series in Berlin and even produced her own premium Tequila. Recently, Magda has produced and performed alongside T.B. Arthur as Blotter Trax, which combines modular synthesis, live improvisation and rhythmic exploration.
Mike Servito is known for his upfront dirty deep and bitchy taste. Cutting his teeth in Detroit for over a decade, Mike moved to New York where he became a resident at The Bunker. He's somewhat of a wizard behind the decks, known for his improvisational skills that take him beyond the techno and house genres. Mike and Magda will be joined by Love Letters on warm up. Patrick Russell will be headlining the Bad Room. A fellow Midwest veteran, Patrick is a genuine sonic storyteller, he magically transforms the diaspora of acid, IDM, and pure jack energy into a deep, fluent sonic dialog that never fails to devastate both minds and dance floor. He will be joined by LDY OSC.
