Multi-disciplinary artists James Alec Hardy, Kate Carr and Mondkopf present an evening of dynamic sound and performance. In addition, Endless Mow (All Centre, Let’s Go Swimming) will be DJing from his diverse collection of music and sound recordings throughout the evening.
Mondkopf aka Paul Régimbeau is an electronic music composer hailing from Toulouse, France. Fresh of the back from supporting Tim Hecker in Paris, Mondkopf will be presenting a new Live A/V set in support of his new album How Deep Is Our Love?. He has performed at museums at the Beaux Arts Museum of Brussels, international festivals including All Tomorrow’s Parties, CTM and in post industrial warehouses and underground club nights at Berghain in Berlin and Village Underground in London opening for Nurse With Wound.
Kate Carr has been investigating the intersections between sound, place, and emotionality both as an artist and a curator since 2010. Carr has recently performed at London’s Cafe Oto, Riga’s White Nights festival, the Bello Bar in Dublin, and from the deck of a restored herring trawler in Siglufjordur in Northern Iceland. Carr is Australian, and lives in London.
English video installation artist James Alec Hardy creates work that subverts and repurposes old technology.
