Northern beaches instalment Bare Essentials is back to take over our humble Sunday party at the Greenwood. It has been over 3 years since our last collaboration and we are more than stoked to invite these day time party kings over once again.
As the name suggests, the stripped down quality this crew is bringing is exactly the kind of hous-y vibration we find fitting to our courtyard. And it shows in the curation of artists they've invited to our stable. Their following residents are gracing our bill:

During by Night we have Sydney-sider DAR over to orchestrate our Terrace into a multidimensional war zone. Having spent much time overseas in Berlin, he was in the opportunity to develop his sound and grow as an artist. He will be flanked by our own residents Kerry Wallace and Sun Archive in the red room.
In the Den that particular blue room sound is being set by 3 beloved local deejays. WINNY will be opening, followed by Carlo Gambino, while Zeph will be on the closing slot.
★ DAR ★
DAR is expressing his love for music by finding ways to rewrite code, intelligently using frequencies to build a psychedelic mood on a dancefloor. As one part of duo, Compound X, he tries to understand the connectedness of different genres of music, having an approach which reaches over these differences. You could describe his sound as intelligent techno and electro, which is definitely worth the experience.
