On Friday August 23rd, The Selectors turn three and we are celebrating our Anniversary in NYC with the long awaited return of Carl Finlow who will be performing LIVE and making an NYC only appearance, along with the debut/NY only appearance of Matthias Crew:1, and Taimur.
Since the summer 2016 to present, both in NYC and Miami we have had our nights in New York at venues such as The Panther Room, House of Yes, Good Room, Analog Bklyn, Fine and Raw Chocolate Factory, Paperbox, Circle Line Cruise, Capehouse & Rosegold, and in Miami at Electric Pickle, the warehouse and Do not Sit.
We have collaborated on events in both cities with friends Output, Golden Record NYC, Dope Jams, Un_mute, Nomad, Rendezvous, Klangbox, InviteOnly and Peace of Mind Ent.

For this event, The Selectors present the long awaited return of one of the UK’s pioneers who’s career has spanned over 3 decades. We bring you Carl Finlow aka Silicon Scally, one of the founders and chief producer for the UK’s seminal ’20/20 Vision’ label, for a rare NY only appearance. With releases on prestigious labels around the world such as Warp, Lone Romantic, Soma, Klang, SCSI-AV, Novamute, Satamile, Electrix and his own 20/20 imprint, Carl makes some of the best electro influenced records and 4 on the floor bombs we have ever heard. Carl will be performing LIVE so you do want to miss this rare treat we have in store for you.
Also joining us is the label boss of Superliminal and Foundation record labels Matthias aka Crew:1. A rising DJ and very talented producer currently based in Berlin, he’s caught our attention and we have invited him to DJ for his debut and a rare NY only appearance. Playing only his own material on dubplates, Matthias aka Crew:1 is an artist to watch out for.
