■ ADAM X ■ Brooklyn born Adam X has been a leading figure in New York’s techno scene since 1990. Alongside techno veteran Frankie Bones, he opened the doors of Groove Records in Brooklyn and began the legendary Storm Rave at the venue in 1991. Adam X has released projects on foundational labels such as Wax Trax!, Direct Drive, Magnetic North, and more. He currently lives in Berlin, where he organizes parties and continues to play regularly.
■ ROMAN ■ Roman is a DJ and producer based in Tbilisi. He attributes his musical influences to electronic, punk, and shoegaze artists such as Underworld, The Chemical Brothers, Depeche Mode and many others. He began playing in clubs in Tbilisi in 2013 and has since become a resident DJ at KHIDI.
■ NE/RE/A ■ Hailing from the Basque Country, Nerea del Rio aka Ne/Re/A has been a leading figure in New York City’s queer underground scene since 2014. Growing up, Del Rio was influenced by punk and hard rock. Today, hardcore industrial sounds make their way into her sets. Del Rio founded Distrikt1, a monthly party at Bossa Nova Civic Club where she invites local DJs to spin dark and heavy techno sets.
