Fresh off the European party trail Cadenza’s Reboot will head Down Under this December.
With an album in the making, due out early next year on Cadenza, he’s been busy in the studio adding to his already outstanding collection of EPs. 2007 saw his first release under the Reboot title ‘Charlotte’. The hypnotic, melodic track was released on imprint, Below. ‘Be Tougher’, his second release was picked up by Cadenza and selected for Luciano’s Fabric 41 mix. A much darker offspring to ‘Charlotte’, it saw his profile saw ten-fold.
2009 see’s the beginning of a new chapter - his collaboration with Luciano’s Æther project. A Cadenza live band, complete with visuals, this is one dynamic production duo to watch.
The Reboot moniker was created in 2005 as a platform to perform his live shows and productions. A seasoned clubber, starting at the young age of 13 saw him start DJing at 14! With a musical heritage spanning his entire life, he creates music that pushes boundaries and combines influences from world music, jazz, house and techno. Expect a sensory assault that will connect you with even the most intimate beats. He builds layer upon layer to create (in his words) a ‘complex polyrhythmic architecture’.
A regular at festivals and clubs around the world, including Robert-Johnson, Womb, Brazil’s D-Edge, and Fabric his unique flavours are spreading like wildfire.
