On Friday 2nd August, UK imprint 24hr Garage Girls launch their nationwide 'Girls like Us' tour at Dalston Roof Park, presenting a multi-genre bill that brings together some of the most significant emerging female talent on the UK bass scene.
With an ethos to support high achieving female artists within the realms of grime, UK funky, bassline & DnB, 24hr Garage Girls are taking their collective on a UK tour with the first stop in the heart of East London, right under the sunshine at Dalston Roofpark.
Repping what the collective is all about, SHOSH, Mollie Collins, LUCY and Lady Ice will soundtrack the outdoor space from 3 pm 'til late. 24hr Garage Girls creator SHOSH will be on hand to deliver a blend of old skool garage, bassline & live mashups. Mollie Collins joins the bill, a fresh DnB talent whose profile is growing rapidly by the minute, the same going for grime producer LUCY, who's known for her own take on grime, dubstep and shadowy bass music. Lady Ice completes the line-up, a Mancunian rapper who's been on the commercial airwaves of BBC 1xtra, Capital FM, Unity radio and more since earning support from Charlie Sloth.
Expect to the girls whip up a storm throughout the UK this year.
