The A Team are back together, with Engage Audio, Sine Series and world class venue The Cause teaming up to take you on a whirlwind adventure. If you came to Drum & Space back in April, you'll know what we have in store for you. We're back to our old tricks by bringing you a combination of world class headline acts, along with some of our favourite, hand picked up and coming DJs amongst a custom built Jungle setting boasting one of the best sound systems in London built by CORE. It's time to go back in time, it's time to get tribal. Room 1 – The Canopy – Walk through the door of the cause and leave 2019 city life and travel straight into the depths of the Amazon rainforest. The main room will host some of the biggest names in Drum & Bass, who will beating their drums from the tree tops bringing you the very best in future jungle and DnB. Where better to have the wildest night of your life, than deep in the wilderness. Room 2 – Tribal Village – Venture further into the unknown and discover the world of the lost tribe, who live their life at 174bpm and happen to be some of the best DJs in the scene. Talk about a rumble in the jungle!! THE LINE UP Curated by the team at Engage Audio, this Line Up caters for the real heads, with legends and up and coming superstars rolling it out all night and supported by carefully selected MCs who will keep the vibe on point, keep the crowd dancing, but let the music do the talking. Low ceilings, underground character, room to dance and a rumbling sound system. Built in a former car-mechanics depot, Room 1 is designed to give clubbers the opportunity to party around a literal centerpiece DJ booth built inside The Cause Cage surrounded by a custom sound system built by Core, with Room 2 offering the feel of a bunker, with the DJ booth set into the wall in this tight space offering a true warehouse rave experience. DJ Mag said: “All the ingredients to create a genuine underground atmosphere (an unpretentious and welcoming attitude, an authentic post-industrial setting, chilled out security, no corporate branding, a custom-built system and a clientele who aren’t all-consumed by Instagram culture) can be found at The Cause.” THE HOSTS Engage Audio Ever-rising independent drum and bass label Engage Audio are teaming up with London-based events company SINE Series to bring you ‘Drum & Space’, a night intended to send even the most dedicated explorers of the genre into space. Ran by drum and bass collective Four Points, Engage Audio has been running for a couple of years now, and focus on putting out forward-thinking drum and bass that resides on the deeper end of the spectrum, with releases from artists such as , Tephra & Arkoze, Melysma and Incus & M:Pathy. SINE SINE Series are a name that most heads within London will recognise, having put on some serious events across the city at various exciting venues. Most notably has been their ‘Warehouse Sessions’ series, of which they have curated weighty line ups in exciting event spaces across the country such as Hoxton Basement, Styx, Studio Spaces (now known as E1), and most recently Hangar. Always focusing on quality line ups alongside a friendly atmosphere for ravers and artists alike, SINE Series have cemented themselves as a mainstay for London’s drum and bass scene.
