- To thank you all for coming down and dancing with us over the past two years, we've decided to throw a party with two of our favourite Materials guests... Kahn + Neek! They're joining us in the Patterns basement all night long, covering all kinds of sound scapes and genres for five whole hours representing the Materials multi-genre sound... one thing you can be sure is that it's bound to get heavy. The guys are joined by Deep Medi Musik's hype master general Sun Of Selah on hosting duties. Kahn + Neek (Bandulu Records, Deep Medi) 140 titans Kahn + Neek will be bringing their vinyl-only, dubplate-heavy DJ set back to Brighton this October. The duos unique sound consists of blistering grime and fierce dub, blended together with deep low-end cuts. To put it simply, they produce and play pure FIYAH. We cant wait to have these two soundystem-destroyers shake Patterns basement ALL NIGHT LONG. Releasing under alternative alias Gorgon Sound sheds light on their dancehall and reggae influences which will also come shattering through the Brighton basement.
