- Emerging from an east London cavern, DUALPOWER takes a trip up north to our favourite Manchester basement with a core crew of heavy percussive hitters. Expect hard drum tracks inspired by the edges of tribal house, UK funky and fast broken techno from Even The Strong & Super Kitchen members and friends. LINEUP: Avernian – Fast-rising force in syncopated club music, Avernian’s releases on Row Records and Circular Jaw earlier this year have been spun by just about everyone messing with broken rhythm tracks. Catch him playing a hybrid DJ/live set filled with his own productions. DJ JM – Flying in from Vilnius, Lithuania for a two-stop UK micro-tour, DJ JM will be repping Even The Strong for a power-hour of choppy drums and oddball melodic workouts. Lockhart – Resident at seminal London clubnight Jaded and a DUALPOWER regular, Lockhart will be making her Manchester debut as the queen of pummelling early hours techno. NKC – Her Records alumni, founder of Even The Strong and the Steve Aoki of hard drum music. £5 entry all night – no tickets.
