Born in Milano in 1978. Musician and sound designer active since years in the experimental felds. He has performed live in Europe, North America, Russia and Japan and his albums had been released by labels such as Where To Now?, Boomkat Editions, Shelter Press, Room40, Students of Decay, Die Schachtel, Entr’acte, Senufo Editions, Holidays Records, Anticipate, Preservation. He is currently working with Giuseppe Ielasi with whom he formed the project entitled Bellows.
Since May 2015, Nicola Ratti is one of the founder and curators at Standards, an experimental sound research gallery located in Milano. In 2016, he founded Frequente, an art organization based in Milano devoted to sound art and experimental performances. He is a founder member of NeitherSound, a Milan based company active in design and sound productions for exhibitions, performing arts and movies.
His last album “Continental” was released by Students of Decay in July 2019.

Furtherset is the musical project of Tommaso Pandolfi - class of 1995.
His music and live performances are an open invitation to immerse into a sounding world that exhales growth and inhales decay. Walls of sound are restlessly built from layered and looped harmonies, shifting modulations and sampled voices. The figures are pushed over the tipping point to where they explode and are then reshaped into melodic cascades.
Furtherset is a representative of the “Italian New Wave”. His third album release “No Logic No Death” was released by White Forest Records. -OUS released his EP “To Alter and Affect" in April 2018. The EP “Drawings of Desire and Hate” was Furtherset’s 2nd release on -OUS. He is currently finalising his forthcoming album.

Lucerne-based artist and musician Belia Winnewisser exactly knows how to fuse (synth-)pop references with more abstract sounds. Her latest record Radikale Akzeptanz published on Präsens Editionen combines long running traits from Winnewisser’s practice in various band projects (including Evje and α=f/m) with rather new interests from her studies in sound art. Bittersweet off-pop-hymns can be found next to more austere pieces. Winnewisser’s music is not about those two poles however, but rather the in-between.

As UHT, Levent Pinarci and Uhuruku explore the elasticity of abstract drum loops, singular bleeps and interspersed sounds. Their improvisational performace is a study in associative composition, drifting on the verge of collapse and stretching towards the musical fusion of sound bits that had never collided before.
The heat used during the UHT process can cause dimensional blending and change the taste and smell of sonic experiences.
