- Backdoor𝙓𝙇 CDMX Queer Music Festival February 20-23, 2020 Creating bridges between Mexico City's vibrant queer underground with the wider international community, Backdoor presents a 4 day, de-centralized art and music festival in the burgeoning metropolis of Mexico City. The first wave of international artists including Horse Meat Disco, Carry Nation, Por Detroit and Bears in Space will appear alongside Mexico City's incredible diverse and talented local scene of djs, producers, and artists. Opening up with a Thursday night art show (ranging from prints and sculpture to more experimental performance art, alongside live music), the festival will also include late night warehouse parties in a former wheat factory, drag shows, a Sunday Tea -Dance, plenty of dark rooms, and gallery/club takeovers.
