The Colours That Rise bring their jazzy fire to Seven Sisters. Following on from explosive debut record, 2020, the band led by Simeon Jones and Nathanael Williams are excitingly now attached to Peckham’s finest label, Rhythm Section. These guys are set for a huge year, catch them in an intimate space while you can!
Afterwards Sydney S will jump into the DJ booth. His captivating release on Black Acre this year, Ode to eSwatini, has seen him take his live show from The Jazz Cafe to Brighton’s Great Escape Festival - catch him here spinning up a storm.
And your residents - Sam Bhok, host of WW Bristol on Worldwide FM and Karl Bos / Deeper Cuts, jazz man of Transmission Roundhouse, will bring things home. Eclectic selections with heart - spanning jazz, latin, bruk and beats for the soul.
Deeper Cuts is a veteran radio show on Transmission Roundhouse and a new jazz platform which has this year put on gigs featuring the likes of PYJÆN, Chelsea Carmichael, Nihilism, Ben Hayes and Brother Portrait — and is very excited to be bringing our party to The Post!
