Festival spirit continues with ''Sound Ports Istanbul Presents'' Sound Ports Istanbul's 4th edition, spreading all over Kadiköy with the theme of Cosmic Unity, continues with Sound Ports Istanbul Presents series on December 21st! In partnership with Dutch Consulate, Goethe Institute and Kendine Has, the event will be completed with a panel and networking session at Bina, one of Kadiköy's favorite venues, and Zigan Aldi and Niels Bross performances at Arkaoda. Sound Ports Istanbul's program, which has spread to various venues of Kadiköy on 8-9-10 November, carries its effect to December 21 with the “Sound Ports Istanbul Presents” series. Sound Ports Istanbul Presents, which will be held in partnership with Dutch Consulate, Goethe Institute and Kendine Has, will meet the participants in the 30th anniversary of the Istanbul-Berlin Sister City agreement. Within the scope of the event, Sound Ports Istanbul's “Creative Gatherings” section, will provide an opportunity to deepen on music and culture, with a panel entitled “How to globalize as independent musician?” during the day in Bina. Panel will be moderated by GulbabaMusic; with guest speakers Jeroen van den Bogert from the Amsterdam-based Blip Agency, Dan Basman from the Tel Aviv-based Mem Artists, Deniz Kuzuoglu from Salon and Debora Ipekel from Boiler Room, Zel Zele Records and Worldwide FM. A Networking Session will take place, as a follow-up to the panel discussion, focusing on globalization on music by bringing together professionals, artists, labels and artist managers. In particular, sessions will bring together culture professionals from local scene as well as Netherlands and Israel. The night will continue in Arkaoda with DJ and live performances. On the longest night of the year, Dutch producer Niels Broos will be performing live with hip hop, electronic and jazz blend and Zigan Aldi, the Berlin representative of house music, will be at the Arkaoda booth with his DJ set. - Compartir
