Johnny Quid hails from Los Angeles, CA and started playing over a decade ago after converting from live instruments. He met his mentor DJ Pandafunk in Las Vegas and began a duo act as the Funkaholiks from 2013 on ward that focused on electro-tech and techno. His influences range from classic euro house Daft Punk, Chicago legends Hyperactive and Frankie Knuckles, and modern techno pioneers Maceo Plex, Pan-Pot, and Nina Kraviz. He currently is known for his eclectic blends of old and new styles ranging from acid house, techno, and tech-house.
Venues performed: The Artisan Hotel Las Vegas, Vanguard Lounge Las Vegas, The Phoenix Afterhours, Black Pagoda Bangkok, and more.
