wir haben eine neue Nachricht von Resident Advisor erhalten:
Resident Advisor will not refund all tickets automatically! To support the local venues and artists, they decided to give YOU the option to donate the ticket to the venue or promoter.
Therefor they switched on the self-serve refund tool for events.
If you would like a refund please head to the order in your order history and click "Refund Tickets"
Your refund will be processed back into the account used to purchase your tickets. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to land in your account.
Ticket holders will have 14 days to request refunds, after which it will no longer be available to them.
Also: Falls Ihr eine Rückerstattung erhalten möchtet: Bitte innerhalb der nächsten Tage über Residewnt Advisor selbst abwickeln. Andernfalls wird das Geld dem Veranstaltungsort bzw. dem Veranstalter gespendet.
