Das Team der Griessmuehle lädt alle ihre Freund*innen und Sympathisant*innen zu einer friedlichen Kundgebung am
Mittwoch, den 22. Januar um 15:30 Uhr
vor dem Rathaus Neukölln
(Karl-Marx-Straße / Ecke Erkstraße)
Die Griessmuehle ist akut bedroht. Zum 31. Januar hat der Eigentümer (die SIAG Property II GmbH) durch den Verwalter (S IMMO Germany GmbH) den Vertrag auslaufen lassen. Wir brauchen Eure Unterstützung!
Wir freuen uns über die Unterstützung der Politik in Neukölln. Nichtsdestotrotz wollen wir die Gelegenheit nutzen, während drinnen die Bezirksverordnetenversammlung tagt, draußen friedlich unsere Forderungen deutlich zu machen:
Forderungen an die SIAG Property II GmbH und die S IMMO Germany GmbH:
• Kontaktaufnahme und Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe zwischen Eigentümer und uns
• Transparentes und faires Verkaufsverfahren – Berücksichtigung unserer Investoren
• Verlängerung des Mietvertrags bis Baustart, bzw. bis es eine Alternative gibt
Forderung an die Politik:
• Bestandsschutz bestehender Clubs und Berücksichtigung von Clubstandorten in Bebauungsplänen bis 2030
• Anerkennung der Clubs als Kulturstätten
• langfristige innerstädtische Alternativen für bedrohte Standorte

The Griessmuehle team invites all its friends and supporters to a peaceful demonstration on
Wednesday, January 22nd, 3:30 pm
in front of town hall Neukölln
(Karl-Marx-Straße / Erkstraße)
Griessmuehle is severely threatened to close it's doors on January 31st, as the rental contract expires. Neither the owner (SIAG Property II GmbH) nor the administrator (S IMMO Germany GmbH) is willing to talk to us. We need your support!
We are very pleased about the support by various politicians in Neukölln. Nevertheless, we want to take the opportunity to peacefully make our demands clear, while the "Bezirksverordnetenversammlung" (district assembly) is meeting inside the town hall:
Demands on SIAG Property II GmbH and S IMMO Germany GmbH:
•Contact and communication on equal footing between the owner and us
• Transparent and fair sales procedure - consideration of our investors
• Extension of the rental contract until the start of construction, or until there is an alternative solution
Demands on politicians:
• The protection of existing clubs and consideration of club locations in development plans until 2030
• Recognition of clubs as cultural institutions
• Long-term inner-city alternatives for threatened sites
