He also D.J.'d at Club Radio with the likes of Chris "The Glove" Taylor and "Ice T". The Egyptian Lover Started Recording Beats for the legendary "Breakin' and Entering" Soundtrack and the Television Special entitled "The Pilot". In 1982 He Recorded "Dial-a-Freak", "Yes,Yes,Yes", and several Beats for Uncle Jam's Army. Then found the time to record His solo project "Egypt Egypt". The success of this record spawn His own Record Label "Egyptian Empire Records" and "West Coast Record Distributors" It was the start of many Egyptian Lover records made and many more to come. He started touring in 1983 and have not stopped touring yet.
