- "I’ve always romanticised the idea of a residency having been obsessed at one point or another with Daniele Baldelli at Cosmic, the Metalheadz night at Blue Note, Junior Vasquez at Sound Factory, and then more recently the Ostgut residents at Panorama Bar and Berghain after I moved to Berlin. To me it doesn’t really get any better than the idea of spending your whole week picking out a bunch of records to go and play at a club down the road to the same family of people over and over again." - Palms Trax A certified Detroit legend if there has ever been one, Omar-S joins Palms Trax, both with extended sets. Omar-S is the master of soulful house – it’s that simple. His raw and unfiltered production uses old-school synths and drum machines to elicit a funky mechanical feel like no other. This one's set to be a highlight of the residency. Up in the Green Room, two of New York City's finest exports, AceMo and MoMa Ready (Ace MoMA) make their XOYO debut. After releasing one of the best dance albums last year, don't miss their fresh old-school sound that's had everyone talking. --- Admission to XOYO is at management's discretion, advance tickets do not guarantee entry.
