The rise of The Black Madonna from hometown hero to an international DJ powerhouse has been meteoric. Much like her own beginnings, the Chicago native could not have foreshadowed the global success of her 'We Still Believe' series. Yet, ten years on, it's a sensational underground club residency across various continents, regularly selling out events and festival stages.
The Black Madonna brings her We Still Believe tour to Australia, just one of many global destinations she is venturing to as an ambassador to raise funds for the Help Refugees organisation. A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to those seeking asylum on the grounds of persecution for being LGBTQIA in their home countries.
Joining The Black Madonna will be Tijana T. Over the last 2 decades, the Serbian selector has garnered an impressive following through a dominantly acid fusion of techno, breakbeat, house, and electro. Following bookings at Epizode, Timewarp and Berghain, alongside a highly recommended weekly Rinse FM radio show, Tijana T are currently flying high as one the planet’s most sought-after crate diggers.
