Welcome to Newsam Park, a brand new festival that builds on the legacy of Cocoon in the Park and comes to idyllic countryside just outside Leeds on Saturday 11th and 12th July 2020.
Newsam Park is a game-changing two-day festival with two distinctive stages. It all goes down in the heart of the scenic Temple Newsam Park, where 1500 acres of rolling green hills and lush woodland can be explored, with the historic Temple Newsam house at the heart of it all. But for two days only, a secret corner of this perfectly manicured landscape will become a unique adult playground…
The festival has a widescreen cultural outlook with five pillars that will define it: Music, Sound, Feast, Natural and Art Installation. This means the site will take you on a thought-provoking journey,, while fine food from bespoke local traders will keep you powered throughout the day. The production will be out of this world and stage designs will be as immersive as they are stimulating, with world class sound from large, newly designed and finely tuned Funktion One systems on each.
Running from early afternoon until long after the sun has spectacularly set behind the hills, expect the mood of the music to suit the ever-evolving atmosphere and make for a truly dynamic and different experience.
