The legendary Skatebård og Bjørn Torske does not only share their hometown, but also their successful careers as curators of the dance floor. Further introduction is not needed, and we are super excited to present a four hour live stream DJ-set from a rooftop in beautiful Bergen, the pearl of western Norway. THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: 1. From Tromsø, the land of giants (of electronica), Torske deserves his place at the very top. With a career spanning almost thirty years, a bunch of releases and an even bigger pile of collaborations, Torske has carved out his very own shelf in the musical mountain. He’s been an important figure in making it more attractive for artists from the northern parts of Norway to move south, and to Bergen. You can definitely look forward to this! SKATEBÅRD Making village life look cool is something many have tried to do, but it’s hard work. This apparently never affected Skatebård who tirelessly works to pump out really cool music in several different shapes and forms. Skatebård, the Norwegian producer of all things electronic, as can be read on the man’s own website, has such a huge and varied back-catalogue in so many different genres that it’ll make you both confused and truly amazed.
