Label boss @ Naive, co-founder @ Rádio Quântica, resident @ queer rave mina, producer, DJ, and so much more - Violet contributes to her local scene in Lisbon, Portugal, and the dance music world at large from many angles. And in doing so, she thoughtfully expresses the political history of dance music through her voice and her music. She melds breaks, extraterrestrial jacking rhythms, imaginative techno, acid house and more in a way that feels natural and challenging all at once. Her mixes have been featured on Beats In Space, Crack, The Ransom Note, Mixmag, Cómeme, Rinse, NTS and The Lot and she’s played clubs/parties/festivals around the world. Violet is GOAT.

OVERLAND (naive)

A primary figure in Canadian dance music, Overland is a force to be reckoned with. Her sets are always a surprise, brimming with a wealth of knowledge in acid, b-side minimal and Detroit techno. Her venture into production has been fruitful, with releases on labels such as Naive, run by Portuguese powerhouse Violet, as well as Helpful Music, curated by How To Dress Well. Though small in stature, her sound is powerful, using classic rave-era synths to create cutting-edge dance floor hits. These feats are just the beginning of what’s to come for this bright young Canadian.

Max Ammo is a non binary latinx multidisciplinary artist from Mexico City who currently lives and works on the unceded and traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations. They work primarily on illustration, animation and graphic design and produce music under “Goo” and DJ under "El Angel Exterminador". Their visual work is packed with colour, maximalism, cartoon psychodelia and sleazy yet captivating characters. Their work has always been connected to the underground music scene, that has led to collaborations with rRoxymore , Nervous Operator, Corridor (Seattle), Traicion (Mex), Ceremonia (Mex) & many more.

Boo Lean (Lauren Goshinski) has supported & created a lot across Pittsburgh and international scenes as an artist and curator. She's Co-founder of gFx and VIA; director of festivals, event series, and audio-visual projects galore; and a DJ that will put your head in a blender … in a good way.
