  • >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> We wish to sincerely acknowledge that Techno is a black art form, born out of the deep musical lineage of Detroit. Without black lives, there would be no techno and there would be no Klang. We stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter Movement and all of those who are fighting against racism and inequality everywhere. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Its been a big few months and we are so excited to dance together again!!! Please take care to be considerate of your fellow humans on the dance floor and in the venue. Please give kindness and space when needed xx >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> We're pretty excited to have Klang founder Samari releasing his debut album and we can finally throw release party alongside some of Klang's fav' heavyweight DJ's. >>> $20 on the door all night long [ Unfortunately Club Shy could not make it for this event so we got the mighty Clay Louis on the 1's & 2's ] >>> Line up Scarlett Fresh from performing her first show at Splore and Beacon Festival, Scarlett's reputation as one of Auckland's techno Heavyweights couldn't be more assured. https://soundcloud.com/beentoberlinonce/b2bo-presents-scarlett Aw B She's one of the countries most iconic and talented DJ's. Originally Wellington-based, Aw B just got back from demolishing Splore and performing twice at 121 festival (because she's that good) https://soundcloud.com/emmaokcool Clay Louis Co-founder of Eleventh Realm and hard-hitting techno aficionado, Clay Louis always delivers. https://soundcloud.com/clay_louis/orbis_alterius More on the album... HyperNormal HyperNormal, the nine-track debut album from New Zealand born Samari is a hard hitting soundtrack to the documentary Hypernormalization from Adam Curtis. Each track encapsulates a chapter from the documentary, drawing parallels from the fall of Russia's communist state in the eighties and our current corporate 'fake world'. Using a similar process to Jeff Mill's reinterpretation of Metropolis, HyperNormal distils the decay and angst within Curtis' film to create a new sonic landscape, one that maintains a fine balance between destruction and regeneration. https://veinlabel.bandcamp.com/album/hyper-normal
