- Transitions (noun) - the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another. You listen to a concert and the orchestra accompanies you through all the changes that occur in the piece. It holds you by the hand and helps you understand all changes. One is speaking of: Transitions. Our energy level was taken from us. We are in a delirium and we try to move from here to something new. Be part of the transition. Be the helping hand for others. Be yourself. Spectrum invites you to the next Transitions (@Het Magazijn) with INHERIT - an independent techno record label from Berlin, founded in 2020 by Daniel, Domenik & Alvaro. All releases on INHERIT aim to create an inspiring musical legacy for future generations. In order to show the beauty of diverse electronic music, all releases are influenced by different genres, extending from Techno and Acid Techno to EBM, DnB, and Breakbeats. And to support CONSOL and ENIGMA CLOUD travelled all the way from Frankfurt to start the night and set you in the right mood for the night. Feel the free, rough power of INHERITS music in the basement, we all adore. But not only the sounds will lead you through a night of transitions, also you are a creator for the night. Find a canvas downstairs and create amongst all other night owls something unique. Write down what you feel, create something or destroy something. What the canvas will look like is up to you.. So come early and create something with Spectrum! LINE-UP DISGUISED (INHERIT/Berlin) Both raised up in the beautiful landscape of South Germany and met for the first time in 2014 during a techno party. Quickly they became close friends and discovered their common passion for powerful techno beats and started to produce their very own releases. They are heavily inspired by artists like Mall Grab, Hadone, Dax J, Alignment, and various other musicians. It was quite important not to limit themselves to a specific genre and this led to their sound of a speedy and melodic mix of late 90s Techno beats with some traces of Breakbeat and House music. Before Alvaro & Domenik moved to Berlin they were well-known residents in the oldest Techno club in Germany “Club Douala Ravensburg” and later on at “Kantine KN”. Following the success, they got multiple opportunities to bring their distinctive sound to the capital city of Spain, specifically to the famous “Goya Social Club” in Madrid. CONSOL (Frankfurt) This Duo from Frankfurt, which not only shares the love of dark and emotional techno, but also their love for each other. After both were involved in different projects, they have been playing ever since as a dynamic duo. Consols sound is influenced by their long selection process and their love to the smallest details behind the decks - which is always a special experience.
