At a time when we can’t freely experience dancefloors in different countries, Junction 2: Connections will bring music from three pioneering musical cities directly into your home.
Paying homage to the sounds and locations that have influenced Junction 2, each stage will be filmed on location and broadcast directly out of Berlin, Detroit and London. 20 of the world’s finest house and techno artists hailing from each city will play across visually unique stages, brought together as one global livestream event.
Kicking off the new year with added impetus, you’ll have the option to tune into Junction 2: Connections via webcast or radio for this six -hour broadcast.
Our website will again serve as the central hub for our virtual world J2v, although you'll also have the option of watching the streams through the Junction 2 website and your favourite social media platforms. The J2v virtual world will have some noticeable improvements from its debut in the summer, including multiplayer functionality so you can join your friends and dance together with personal avatars, a whole new interface which allows you to stream while you explore.
Our three stages, ‘The Console in association with Relentless Energy Drink’, ‘The Hex in association with Nordic Spirit’ and ‘The Vault’ all benefit from completely new stage designs, and we can also reveal the addition of a special stage commencing after the city broadcasts have ended.
Going beyond the usual DJ streams, Junction 2: Connections will feature DJ sets provided exclusively for the broadcast.

J2 - Connections is 100% free for all to watch. We ask, that those of you who can, donate to our charity of the year - The Outside Project, a homeless/crisis shelter & community centre. They provide a free, safe, and inclusive space supporting those from the LGBTIQ+ community who are more likely than other homeless youth to experience targeted violence, exploitation, substance abuse, and physical and mental health problems.
