As you have probably heard by now, the 21 June Lockdown Exit plans been delayed. What does this mean for ACCESS THE FESTIVAL 2021?
Rest assured: the festival IS HAPPENING.
However as we are in constant discussion with the local authorities and public health officials to ensure the delivery of a safe event, we would like to share the latest updates of rules and practices to follow:
𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗-𝟭𝟵 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 & 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚
In order to minimise the risk factors, each ATF attendee will need to show proof of a negative COVID test upon entering the event (e.g. PCR test).
It is imperative that we comply to these requirements.
It is also mandatory for all attendees to wear a face mask when traveling to and queuing for the event, and to respect other attendees’ space upon entry and inside the arena.
Further updates about covid-19 rules in the arena will be shared soon.
Our main objective is for ATF2021 to run smoothly and safely without compromising any of our attendees’ experience. It is vital that everyone commits to being 100% cooperative with these new measures (including those who are vaccinated) to ensure we set a good example for what a safe event can be.
Our mission remains the same: spread the love of music no matter what.

We proudly present you our first edition of 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟: a 2-day open-air summer party at the exceptionally beautiful Sherbourne Park in Warwick.

With the perfect combination House, Disco and Techno music roaring across three distinct stages, we've curated the biggest and most unique lineup we've ever had for this special event.
Enjoy award-winning street food and drinks, contemporary art and leisure activities at the Midlands' first ever festival of this kind.
Think access, but bigger and funkier than ever. We're in for one banging and well-deserved weekend to kick off Summer 2021 the right way!

Our team worked on curating the perfect lineup for this occasion to flawlessly match this long-awaited moment. We will be gradually revealing the talented ensemble of artists starting Monday 8th March.

𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲: If this event can’t go ahead due to COVID / Government Guidelines, you will be offered a full refund via our ticket partners Resident Advisor.
𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀: There will be a very limited amount of VIP tickets which include a dedicated queuing lane upon entry, a free return bus trip and an exclusive lounge area with a private bar, private toilets and games.

We will be offering all-day £9.5 return bus trips from Leamington Spa (15min) and Warwick University campus (15min). Tickets can be purchased together with festival passes on Resident Advisor.
We highly recommend using the bus service, there will be no parking spots available at the festival and bear in mind that due to large attendance numbers, Ubers and Taxis will be limited.
