***Additional Statement for Friday World Is Yours Bucket Hats***
The terms when purchasing a Friday World Is Yours Ticket stated that this event was sold as ticket + bucket hat = £40. If cancelled, customers can return their hat for a full refund. If customers wish to keep their hat then the cost of this would be deducted from the ticket at £15. Hat RRP is £25. This cost is to cover manufacturing & shipping. All hats were posted out to customers May 2021.
Hats can be returned to: FLY Events, The Watchtower, 7A Lothian Road, Edinburgh, EH1 2EP for a full refund. Please include your contact email & RA ticket reference in the package.
Again to be clear the cost deduction of the hats was only in place to cover the cost. These terms have always been in place and were live on the previous two postponements.
The £4 booking fee associated with the transaction is the 10% booking fee that the ticket company RA charge. 50% of this booking fee will be refunded to all customers. The remaining £2 fee is to cover transactional costs between sale & refund. This is all customers should lose on this refund process.
