On Sunday, March 28th, UN_MUTE EVENTS and Clink Recordings team up during the WMC for a label showcase in the infamous Techno Loft at Space Club in Miami. This will be Clink’s first showcase at the Conference, featuring the label’s mastermind and minimal techno/house star, Camea. Alongside her will be a special live set by Tim Xavier (Clink, LTD400, Cocoon), performing a hybrid PA of his music with Traktor and Ableton, including material from his forthcoming album on Clink, titled Viperfish (May 2010).
Another prime act not to miss will be Alexi Delano (Clink, Plus 8, Drumcode), who is currently working on an extended production with Camea, titled “He Said, She Said”. Just completing their first beta tour adding visual elements to their performances, Camea and Delano are setting to release a series of collaborative EPs with evolving artwork. They have been performing together for extended DJ / tag team sets which will be incorporated into the show. Delano's recent Clink work was featured on Ellen Allien's Watergate Vol. 5 mix and Seth Troxler's Boogybytes Vol. 5 CD on Bpitch Control.
Finally, the event will also feature a special guest DJ set by Adultnapper (Clink, Poker Flat, Nummer), who is currently celebrating the release of his single on Poker Flat with the legendary Mr. C, titled “Keep Off”. In addition to the EP, they have recently completed a music video with New York director, Ariel Danziger, and are gaining quite a buzz internationally. Adultnapper is traditionally known for his ethereal tech house sets and has been a New York favorite for almost a decade.
Also featured will be Loft Residents Maurizio+Danyelino and Dsan, to help close out the WMC in style. Because it's vibe and Dark Techno Loft, Space club is a traditional hot spot for the closing night of the Conference.
