Join Moods and Finjams, two online mix series, for a morning of music, coffee, and community. Featuring sets from 4 DJs, IRL and streamed live on 8 Ball Radio from 10am - 2pm. Plus, new limited edition jerseys from Moods and cassette mixtapes from favorite Finjams episodes. Proceeds will be split between Til Death and Bushwick Ayuda Mutua, an organization focused on food security and mutual aid in Bushwick.
Moods (est. 2017) is an archival mix series of techno fans, DJs, producers and bookers where no one is allowed to play techno. Founded by Daniel Sharp and co-curated by Crystal Gause, Miguel Cisne, and Jamie Johnson, Moods explores the roots and origins of techno to explain where we socially came from and why that matters. The project exists as monthly 1-2 hour sets, limited edition merchandise, and low-capacity events.
Finjams (est. 2020) is a weekly radio show on 8Ball Radio co-hosted by Gilad Granot and Jordan Stanton. Every Sunday, guest DJs respond to the prompt “music to enjoy with your coffee” - all genres are welcome :)
