This week we welcome 21 year old Parisian 'Le Loup' to Unwind.
Influenced by artists such as Sun Ra, Marvin Gaye, Nina Simone but also Moodyman and Daniel Bell, Le Loup’s productions sound similar to his DJ mixes; a true melting pot of jazz and house classics, and a pronounced inclination for Detroit and NYC vibes. With recent releases on uber cool New York label Wolf+Lamb, the young blood is being recognised both as a talented producer as well as a serious, sophisticated and forward-thinking DJ. He has shared the decks with many big names including Damian Lazarus, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Lee Curtiss and The Martinez Brothers to name a few in notorious underground parties such as the exceptional Dimuschi, or in leading clubs such as Social Club in Paris or Club Der Visionaere in Berlin. This young talent is definitely one to watch out for in 2010, and we are pleased to showcase him at Unwind.
