Reknown and beloved Brooklyn record label Bastard Jazz is coming into LA to celebrate 20 years of great music and vibes on Sunday Afternoon, November 14th on the roof @ Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. Although based on the East Coast, the label has always kept the bi-coastal connection strong for much of it's existence, with a sizeable portion of it's roster coming from the West Coast. In this spirit, the party will feature three favorites from Los Angeles on the turntables: B. Bravo, Captain Planet and Plann.B who will be joined by label founder Aaron DRM and up & coming Brooklyn producer Bad Colours. Expect all manner of Funk, House, Disco, Tropical Vibes, and Breezy Beats perfect for a Sunday afternoon celebration of this seminal record label.
