With Killer Whale (Live)
One of London’s hottest live disco bands Killer Whale takes to the floor at Horatia on March 20th when ISM Records brings their new night Voyeurism to north London’s hottest new venue.
Killer Whale is built up around a unique collective of musicians & producers consisting mainly of members of the infamous Faze Action & Yam Who? they have primarily built their live set around classic dance tracks which they have morphed into their own sound.
Their debut live appearance was in November 2009 for Arthur Russell tribute party at the Relentless Garage, London alongside the legendary disco influenced DJ talents of Severino, Maurice Fulton and Stuart Patterson amongst others.
After a well received collaboration with Dolan Bergin on his “Go Bang – A tribute to Arthur Russell” album on Electric Minds Killer Whale will be performing at several large events later in the year and are already confirmed as the headlining act for this years Croatia's Garden Festival, Killer Whale will also be dropping their debut EP single in April on the ISM record label.
ISM is a diverse and cutting edge label that has quickly built a a reputation for putting on nights with well programmed line ups and releasing quality music from artists such as; Ron Basejam, Hot Toddy, The Revenge, Black Science Orchestra, Parallel Dance Ensemble, PBR Streetgang, Red Rack'em aka Hot Coins, Eric Riko, Ilija Rudman and also the legendary Chaz Jankel.
