Aleksandar Grum is born in Podgorica, Montenegro. In 2018 he started to perform under Vakat. First Vakat music (Siren EP) was released on Marcelus label Singular Records in July 2017. In May 2018 his next EP is released on Patrik Skoog`s Discrete Data records. In 2020 Subsist Records signed his debut album ''Dah LP'', and his 2nd album ''Galama LP'' which will be out in December 2021, also signed by Subsist Records. As a DJ he shared the stage with Jeff Mills, Dj Deep, Oscar Mulero, Stanislav Tolkachev, Jonas Kopp, Marcelus, Zadig, Dax J, Chris Liebing, Insolate, Lewis Fautzi, Volster etc.
