For our first gig of 2022, we have one of our favorite producers, thatmanmonkz, on the wheels of steel. This will be his first appearance in London for over two years. Hailing from Sheffield but spiritually from Detroit he has released on Delusions of Grandeur, Classic, Dirt Crew Recordings and his own Shadeleaf his music and is a firm favorite chez Eclectrik!
And if things couldn't get better, we've got MADMADMAD doing a return gig. This will the London leg of a mini European tour. We're still trying to define their music and are going with psychedelic punk-funk this time but expect to have our mind blown again. Party Food will be supporting and we hope they won't mind if we called them the Chaz and Dave of dance music. They may have their tongues in their cheek but you won't be able to stop your feet. Kicking the evening off will be indie, dream pop outfit, Kazemijazi. What an Eclectrik! bunch.
Eclectrik is a bi-monthly immersive music event. It showcases live performances from both emerging and established artists then segues into DJ sets enthralled to the 4/4 beat of House music but will always stray to its disco roots taking in jazz, Afrobeat, Latin rhythms and funk along the way.
