- Dear Nature Ravers - Nature Loves Courage returns this September for its third round to the dreamy turquoise shores of Sougia Bay - a nudist beach and secluded haven for alternative vacationers and hippies since the 60s. The festival’s first two endeavors brought together a diverse group of artists and music lovers, away from conventional festival settings and corporate interventions. NLC creates a space for collective manifestation, esoteric self-exploration and profound togetherness in the spirit of freedom of being and inclusivity. It is a journey into psychedelia where the arresting beauty of the landscape sets off cathartic auditory escapades. NLC was described by many of its artists and attendees, sometimes through tears of joy, as a once in a lifetime experience. NLC 2022 brings a group of prolific artists including Egyptian pop trailblazer Nadah El Shazly, Tunisian experimentalist Deena Abdelwahed and Iraqi - American via Berlin dance music sensation Lolsnake. This year, NLC also praises the Latinx sound with DJ sets by Bogotá-born high-energy euphoria summoner Tania Humeres Correa aka THC and Venezuelan - Colombian via Athens newcomer Foxy. NLC2022 invites Lower Parts records founder and former member of legendary late 90s Greek trance group CHEROUVIM Astytekk as well as Terenor records founder and French psytrance producer Egregore. The latest addition to our lineup is founder of the multidisciplinary platform and record label PAN and a Berlin-based favorite Bill Kouligas. Anyone who has participated in NLC’s earlier clubbing rituals is no stranger to the mind bending music selections of its Resident DJs Juliana Huxtable, Kilbourne and Abyss X.
