House Music war immer in der Lage, universelle Weisheiten über die menschliche Natur, ihr Begehren und ihre Sehnsüchte, zu vermitteln – vor allem aus dem Teil der amerikanischen Community heraus, dessen Wurzeln tief in die Gospel- und Soul-Kultur der 70er und 80er Jahre reichte. Keine dürfte das besser wissen als Honey Dijon, die in den vergangenen Jahren fast im Alleingang ausdrucksstarke Diva-Vocals auf den Mainfloors reinstallierte. Und auch die anderen DJs, die heute in der Panorama Bar spielen, wissen natürlich über die transzendentale Kraft des Gesangs. Der in Lissabon lebende Brite Joe Delon z.B. spielt eine Menge davon – seine genreübergreifenden, erbaulichen Mixes sind gespickt mit Disco-, House- und Electro-Tracks aus allen Epochen. Eine Etage tiefer gibt es heute die Klubnacht-Premieren von Alex Levin und Key Clef. Der in Berlin lebende Israeli Levin ist Resident-DJ der queeren Partyreihe ‚PAG‘ in Tel Aviv und hat seinen trippigen Techno bereits vor zwei Jahren beim ‚FC SNAX United‘ gespielt. Auf den klangvollen Namen Ipnotica Erotica hört das Label von der ebenfalls in Berlin beheimateten Italienerin Key Clef, die als DJ und Produzentin eine starke Vorliebe für melodiösen, nuanciert und analog klingenden Techno und Electro zeigt.
