🍌 This Saturday we welcome back one of the scene's most talked about artists, none other than the legendary Dr. Banana. The founder of the much loved clothing brand and label makes a return to his "spiritual home”. Sandy also once said "Bananas are good for you. More people should eat them in the rave” so to celebrate we’ll be dishing out free 'nanas to keep you going throughout the party. 🍌
Also on the bill we have Andre King and Wayne Holland.
Andre King was a DJ and producer way before he made The Lion & Lamb.
Starting out 25 years ago, learning to DJ from Rob Mello when he was 18, he went on to produce tunes with the likes of Chris Penny on Transfusion Records and Doc Martin on Westbound.
Originally celebrated for his weekly residency at the infamous Feelin' party with Rob Mello at Notting Hill Arts Club, an original old school favourite fabric afters, 20 years ago, Andre is a veteran of his craft.
More recently Andre even played back to back with Craig Richards on the main stage of Houghton in its first year and is set to return for the festivals long awaited 3rd round.
This Saturday don't miss him take control of the rotary for a rare vinyl feast of exclusive gems; the fruits of over 20 years of avid digging!
Opening duties start at 7pm courtesy of pub regular and family member, Wayne Holland. Wayne's sets at Love International, Gottwood and Pleasure Club went down a absolute storm and we can't wait for our favourite Northerners trademark bangers, so make sure you get down early to avoid missing out!
