Defying time, tempting fate, and against all odds and expectations, we're all still alive and we've made it this far! It's official: UNTER is turning...five? … or seven? Whatever at this point, fuck.
In order to properly celebrate this sweet, sweet occasion with all our family and friends, we're cordially inviting you, our favorite tarts, treats, and sweetmeats to an unbelievably binge-worthy Birthday Bake Off! As a way to say thank you for coming to our porties over all these years, for having fun with us time after time, and for making UNTER as special and memorable as it has always been, we are reopening our industrial bakery to throw a heavenly all-night Ho-Ho-down where you can shake your cake and eat it too!
To suitably salute our next spin around the Lazy Susan, we’ve assembled an expert team of Master Bakers to preheat your ovens, pump you full of buttercream, blow out your candles, and pound your pudding into submission until the sun rises. No soggy bottoms allowed!
For your comfort, we will provide ample restroom facilities featuring immersive ambient toilet affirmations for the lactose-intolerant by Nick Bazzano (UNTER).

Birthday Celebration Rules:
■ Please take care of one another and keep each other safe! If you see someone who isn't feeling well, immediately alert our staff and we will swiftly handle situations to the best of our ability. Please don't leave your friends without help!
■ For your safety--and ours--dangerous substances such as GHB/GBL are forbidden in our spaces. Anyone seen in possession, using, or aiding in use of GBL or GHB at any UNTER event will be swiftly escorted out, and banned indefinitely from upcoming events.
■ We seek to create and maintain a safe and diverse space where consent and respect are our first priorities.
■ Please keep your phones in your pockets at all times: *absolutely* no photos or videos allowed.
■ Do not willfully damage or compromise the space or its guests or employees in any manner.
■ Harassment of any kind (unwanted contact, verbal or physical abuse, racism, homophobia, transphobia, body-shaming, misogyny, etc.) will NOT be tolerated and will lead to immediate discharge from the venue; this includes any sort of harassment or aggression both inside and outside the space.
