Alright Gold Coast, fasten your seatbelts and keep all hands & feet inside the vehicle at all times.
It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally venturing into your fine city and we’re bringing along our big purple Funktion One boxes.
So cancel your dinner plans, slip into your dancing shoes and don your best party shirt, it’s about to get W!LD.
The first session in a new city is always extra special… We get to know each other, you meet our friends, we meet yours, we all get along and have a great time. Maybe at the end we will go home together, who knows… One thing is for certain though, the tequila is flowing and the music is pumping.
This time around we’ve decided to bring DJ W!LD along with us. The Parisian cult hero is an absolute lord of the underground sound. With an intensely erotic air about him, he blends minimal, with house, techno and acid. A slick selector with the ability to take his sets in any direction, be it deep, dark, dirty, or whatever is required.
Joining him is our fearless leader, El Capitan, Kerry Wallace. Founder, director and all-time selecta, Kerry has been slinging tunes to dance floors for well over 20 years now and no one embodies the true S.A.S.H sound as effortlessly and flawlessly as he.
A name that needs little introduction, but definitely deserves one, Danni B steps into number 3. Danni has been one of Australia’s most sought after DJs for well over a decade and is now the heart and soul of our SASH Gold Coast project. Whether you’ve shared the dance floor with her, or been on the dance floor with her, there are few who can compete with the quality of her selections, both within the club-sound, and the festival scene.
Lastly, but certainly not least, Summers rounds out the lineup for this first affair. The Camp Paprika boss-man is no stranger to our stables and is the perfect fitting to kick off our Gold Coast adventure.
