VOLTT loves summer!
On Saturday the 28th of August the fifth edition of the Voltt loves summer festival will take place at the NDSM-dock in Amsterdam.
At the monumental and characteristic IJ-slope of the former shipyard at the harbor, all day you can enjoy a variety of national and international artists. At two stages in the water with the skyline as a background of Amsterdam, everything will be set to make it a memorable and above all a musical day.
From the dub sounds of the Detroit-based Echo Chord to the sexy grooves of Magda, Ricardo Villalobos and The Revenge, at the beginning of the afternoon run deep sounds predominate in warm tones and experimental beats. Then the beats slowly build with artists like Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Isolée and Martin Buttrich. At the end of the afternoon we will drive things further up with Matthias Tanzmann, Len Faki and a booming closing set from the technogaint Adam Beyer.
This year there will be a big chill out area at bar / restaurant het Noorderlicht. Here you can chill in the sofas or lay in the grass next to the water and listen to sweaty dub and reggae sounds.

VOLTT loves summer!
Op zaterdag 28 augustus vindt voor de vijfde maal het VOLTT loves summer festival plaats op de NDSM-werf te Amsterdam.
Op de monumentale en karakteristieke IJ-helling van deze voormalige scheepswerf aan het IJ kun je de hele dag genieten van een keur aan nationale en internationale artiesten. Op twee podia aan het water met als achtergrond de skyline van Amsterdam wordt alles uit de kast gehaald om er een memorabel en vooral gezellig muzikaal spektakel van te maken.
Van de dub geluiden van de uit Detroit afkomstige Echochord tot de sexy grooves van Magda, The Revenge en Ricardo Villalobos- in het begin van de middag voeren diepe sounds de boventoon met warme klanken en experimentele beats. Daarna worden de beats langzaam maar zeker opgeschroefd met artiesten als Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Isolee en Martin Buttrich. Vanaf het eind van de middag zullen alle remmen losgaan op de sounds van Matthias Tanzmann, Len Faki en een knallende afsluitset van Adam Beyer.
Ook dit jaar zal er weer een grote chill out area bij cafe/restaurant het Noorderlicht zijn. Hier kan je in de banken of in het gras gezellig aan de waterkant hangen en naar de zomerse dub en reggae klanken luisteren.
