Black Rave Culture make their Good Room debut on November 5, exploring the breath of Black electronic music in an all night set. Plus, Cleveland and SPF 50 will be going b2b in the Bad Room all night long.
Born from the essence, Black Rave Culture lifts up the torch and begins to walk forward spreading the message of Black Rave. Amal, James Bangura, and DJ Nativesun, hailing from the District of Columbia, come together to bring you a new sound, the sound of their city. Their versatile sets are a lesson in genre alchemy, from house and techno chopped with Jersey club and Baltimore breaks. Expect bassy club rhythms and dubby goodness with a touch of psychedelica.
Belgium's Cleveland (Kalahari Oyster Cult) and NYC's SPF 50 (Professional Music) will be taking over the Bad Room for the night for an extended back to back set. The pair have a modern take on electronic music which is quirky and abstract while keeping the floor fun.
