REACT Festival is on this December! Music Reactions are presenting you two day rave mayhem at Hangar (Luka Beograd) on December 2nd and 3rd with currently some of the most wanted names of the techno genre: I Hate Models, Dax J, Tommy Four Seven, Anetha, plus local heroes Lag and RAR. For this occasion we'll have the privilege to hear two special extended sets from I Hate Models and Dax J. Also, we'll enjoy visual art from FEMUR - french video artist.
I Hate Models - On his journey thus far, IHM has released music on labels ranging from Arts, VOITAX and Khemia to Rave Or Die and Perc Trax, who carried his 2019 album L’
Âge Des Métamorphoses . He’s also remixed Depeche Mode and Perc. At every turn, his disregard for expectations and conventions has resulted in dynamic, ambitious music that feasts on the flesh of techno, industrial and trance without ever becoming beholden to one source.
Dax J - There are few artists carving out a legacy fot themselves like Dax J is right now. Recent accolades for his unswerving devotion to his sound have included places in the top 100DJs polls published by Resident Advisor, DJ Mag and Groove Breaktrough DJ and Best British DJ from Mixmag and the DJ Awards.He's renowned for playing mammoth closing sets at monumental parties including 10-hour marathon sets in the worlds notorious techno clubs, Berghain and Bassiani.
Tommy Four Seven - For over 17 years, London born, Berlin-based Tommy Four Seven has been on a sonic pursuit of forward-thinking electronic music. As a DJ, Tommy has cultivated a style that traverses a rich variety of genres, drifting seamlessly between powerful techno and his signature broken form. His reputation for carefully crafted sets has garnered him regular international tours and he has been invited to record and perform mixes for many respected platforms including Resident Advisor and Boiler Room.
Anetha - A resident of the Blocaus event in Paris, as well as great collector of vinyl, Anetha is a young artist who has quickly become a prominent figure in the Paris underground scene. The Parisian based DJ and producer has been gaining quite a name for herself over the last year on the DJing front. Oscillating between acid lines, melancholic melodies, hypnotic patterns and strong grooves, she also likes playing 90’s old school tracks offering a deep and pulsating journey. Anetha definitely knows how to take control of the dancefloor!
Lag (well-known Serbia's techno ambassador) and RAR (Music Reactions co-founder and resident) will represent domestic techno forces.
FEMUR - Draws his inspiration from hardcore / noise punk imaging, as well as typography calibrations, he also gives a great interest in the culture of absurd mass-information. FEMUR had the opportunity to turn music to images for several artists such as: I Hate Models, Fjaak, Hadone, Tommy for Seven, Raar, Fuerr, Tymon and the list goes on.
