東京拠点のテクノレーベル「Katharsis」のパーティが、11/23（祝）下北沢ADRIFTにて開催となります。
ヘッドライナーには、札幌拠点のOCCAがKatharsisへ初登場。多様なジャンルからテクノを再定義していくそのDJは、聞く者の意識状態を掴み変容させていきながら、音楽に力強さと楽しさをいつも与えてくれる存在です。その音楽性に加えて、北海道が誇るクラブ・Precious Hallで今年10周年を迎えたOCCA主宰のパーティ「Archiv」をはじめとしたローカルに根ざした活動に、KatharsisのMasafumi TakeとKannabiが大きな影響を受けたことがきっかけで今回3時間セットでの出演オファーとなりました。
LIVEアクトとしては、大阪拠点のカナダ出身の電子音楽アーティストEnduranceがモジュラーシンセ演奏によるアンビエントLIVEで登場。カセットテープレーベル「Muzan Editionsrural」を運営しながら、ruralやMomentなど野外パーティにも出演するなど精力的に活動しています。極力音数を減らして構成されるEnduranceの先鋭的なLIVEは、デイタイムならではのリスニングタイムを創造してくれるでしょう。
Hybrid setで登場するfulusomaは、Bun SaitoとO-MaによるLIVEユニット。表参道VENTなどで出演を重ねる彼らには、実験的なLIVEセットをオーダー。さらに、DJ MARIA.によるアシッディーなダウンテンポセット、ヴァイナルならではのグルーヴが人気のADAK7によるオープニング、Katharsis主宰2名による5年ぶりのB2Bセットがラインナップ。ここでしか聞けない各出演者のLIVEとDJセットにご期待ください。
会場となるベニュー「ADRIFT」は下北沢駅から徒歩5分。小田急線地下化によって生まれた広々とした敷地と最新鋭のサウンドシステムを誇り、世界トップクラスのプロオーディオメーカーd&b audiotechnikの最新サウンドシステムを有する都内でも貴重なベニューです。さらに、スピーカーのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出すために設計されたルームアコースティックが、屋内とは思えない心地よい抜け感の音楽体験を創造します。
開放的な天井と調音パネルを施したミニマルな内装が特徴のフロアのキャパは200人で、ワンフロア構成でじっくりと音楽に浸ることができます。Katharsisでは、参加者の快適なパーソナルスペースを確保のため、当日の入場数は各チケット含め150人限定となります。
清潔感のあるADRIFTのバーカウンターには、前回に引き続き西麻布Trafficが出張出店。一般的なカクテルから、メスカルマイスターのふっくんが厳選したメスカル、クラフトビール、ナチュールワインをご提供します。
エントランスを出てすぐの屋外のADRIFTの広場スペースは、下北沢と東北沢を繋ぐ遊歩道に面するスポット。可愛げなベルテントの中で尖りまくったセレクションの書籍に出会える「PARADISE BOOKS」によるチルスペースが登場。フードには、群馬県産の地鶏を中心にした焼き鳥屋台「Kotoariki Citta」によるふっくら絶品焼き鳥、西麻布のミュージックバー「SNACK銀河系」はおでんと豚汁を提供します。池尻で話題の間借りカレー屋さん「curri_turri」の店主のこだわりが詰まった手作りカレーもお楽しみに。お昼間から美味しいお酒とフードを堪能しましょう。
最高峰のサウンドを誇るベニューに集まる気鋭の出演者と、今を生きる参加者一人一人が作り出すギャザリング。都心に程近い下北沢で、昼から〜夜という1日の流れと屋外スペースを楽しめるKatharsisのパーティに、ぜひご参加ください。

Tokyo-based techno label "Katharsis" will hold a party at Shimokitazawa ADRIFT on November 23rd.
The headliner is Sapporo-based OCCA, who will make his first appearance at Katharsis. OCCA is a DJ who redefines techno from a variety of genres, and his music is always powerful and fun while capturing and transforming the listener's state of consciousness. In addition to his musicality, Katharsis' Masafumi Take and Kannabi were greatly influenced by his local activities, including the OCCA-led party "Archiv," which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year at Precious Hall, Hokkaido's pride and joy club. This time, they were offered to perform in a 3-hour set.
As a live act, Endurance, a Canadian electronic music artist based in Osaka, will appear with an ambient live performance using modular synths. Endurance runs a cassette tape label, Muzan Editionsrural, and has been actively performing at outdoor parties such as rural and Moment. Endurance's cutting-edge LIVE, composed with as few notes as possible, will create a unique daytime listening experience.
Fulusoma, who appears in the Hybrid set, is a LIVE unit by Bun Saito and O-Ma. They have performed at Omotesando VENT and other venues, and we have ordered an experimental LIVE set for them. In addition, there will be an acidic downtempo set by DJ MARIA., an opening set by ADAK7, whose vinyl grooves are popular, and the first B2B set in five years by the two presidents of Katharsis. Expect to hear LIVE and DJ sets from each of the performers that you can only hear here.
The venue, "ADRIFT," is a 5-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station. It boasts a spacious site created by the undergrounding of the Odakyu Line and a state-of-the-art sound system, and is one of the few venues in Tokyo with a state-of-the-art sound system by d&b audiotechnik, a world-class professional audio manufacturer. In addition, room acoustics designed to maximize the potential of the speakers create a pleasant, discreet musical experience that is hard to believe is indoors.
The floor, with its open ceiling and minimalist décor with acoustic panels, has a capacity of 200 people who can immerse themselves in the music on a single floor.
Nishi-Azabu Traffic will be traveling to the clean ADRIFT bar counter as in previous years. From general cocktails to mezcal, craft beers, and naturals wines carefully selected by Mezcal Meister Fukkun, we will serve you.
The outdoor ADRIFT plaza space just outside the entrance is a spot facing the promenade connecting Shimokitazawa and Tohokuzawa. A chill space by PARADISE BOOKS, where you can find a sharp selection of books in a cute bell tent, will be available. Food will include plump and exquisite yakitori by Kotoariki Citta, a yakitori cart featuring Gunma Prefecture's jidori chicken, and Nishiazabu music bar SNACK Galaxy will serve oden and pork miso soup. Also look forward to handmade curry filled with the owner's specialties at "curri_turri," a rented curry shop that has become a hot topic in Ikejiri. Enjoy delicious drinks and food from noon.
A gathering created by up-and-coming performers who gather at the venues that boast the best sound, and by each participant who lives in the present. Please join Katharsis for a day-long party in Shimokitazawa, near the heart of the city, where you can enjoy the flow of the day and the outdoor space.

This event is also open to those under 20 years old. Junior high school students and younger will be admitted free of charge.
Please bring a valid ID with your face when using the U-25 slot for same-day tickets.

Lockers are available at the entrance of the venue (300 yen per locker).
There are multipurpose toilets and baby seats at the venue.
Please check your wristband when re-entering the floor.
The dance floor is indoors, and the stalls and chill-out space are outdoors.
