Ravenswood for Eat or Heat 2023
Saturday 4 March, 12pm-late, Ravenswood Industrial Estate, E17 9HQ
Taking place on Saturday 4th March at the Ravenswood Industrial Estate, Walthamstow, from 12pm onwards, the multi-venue DJ all-dayer will once again be raising money for Waltham Forest food bank Eat or Heat - a service that, sadly, remains all too essential to many in the borough who are struggling to make ends meet.
With Secretsundaze, A Guy Called Gerald, Friendly Fires, Breaka, Mixtress, Dub Pistols, Lunch Money Life, Dennis Bovell and Walthamstow MP Stella Creasy all confirmed for the event, the usual mix of big names and local crate-digging reprobates will be spinning house, electro, d&b, hip-hop, breakbeat, dub, reggae, psych, funk, soul, and more across five Ravenswood venues: Wild Card Brewery, Pillars Brewery, Mother’s Ruin, TRAP, and Blitz Factory.
The event is, as ever, FREE to attend, but donations on the day (cash or card) are strongly encouraged.

Past Ravenswood for Eat or Heat events have hosted the likes of James Lavelle, Fabio, Alex Paterson (The Orb), and The Ragga Twins. The last one (back in pre-COVID 2020) saw over 1500 people turn up to drink and get sweaty for a worthy local cause, raising over £8600 in the process.
